It seems Mr Moody is claiming to received no money as part of his mixed mind problems in regards to my daughter to help with the normal day to day things.

I would just to confirm what money he has received he is a nice easy to read list.
Since Nov last year Mr Moody or Mr Moody to his friends has received the following payments:

A total £1790 plus change
That’s an average of £298 a month to help with daughter, not to spend on things like refitting your car, buying yourself a Nintendo Wii and paying your other Childs maintenance.

If just another example of the Child Support Agency not being aware of what actually happens, and when challenged as normal they become rude and defensive and no help. So the moral of the story is they can take your money and spend it on what they like, quite disgusting especially when they tell people they have received nothing.
